Periodically I see a request for "WORKGROUP" coming from this 95 box as
signaled in /var/log/messages by named. Which is followed by a request to the
forwarders of my ISP as shown by diald-top.

This is not produced because of a request for available SMB / CIFS servers by
opening network neighborhood.

It is out of the question to deny this box to query named.

I think I am going to read up on named and see if I can get a more verbose
logging to see exactly why it is forwarding this request.
