[SLE] Install with troubles

Linux SuSE users:
During the installation of SuSE Linux 6.1 I get a hang state.
The hang state gets in different phases of installation. Never finishing the install process.
I boot from floppy, select English as language, Español as keyborard map, and entire disk to use.
I have a 450 MHz Pentium III with 128 MB RAM and 12 GB IDE Hard disk.
HD:
Maxtor
CYLS 16383
Heads 16
Sectors 63
Model 91303D6
Mother Board:
SOYO SY-6VBA133
Video
S3 VIRGE/DX
ON BOARD
QSE4BB
Network adapter:
3Com Parallel Tasking II
This is the 5th time I try to install. It is hangin with a message:
PLEASE WAIT
Creating filesystem on "/dev/hda3"...
It is in this state since 4 hours ago...
Can you please help me
