Having problem dialing ppp as  a user in Enlightenment desk as root no problem but as user it pppd says permission denied. How do i fix this.

Also, yesterday when i tried to partition the drive to /boot
/swap , /home_local, / and /usr_local i think after swap, boot and / the f5 create partition cray out on me. How does one have more than 3 partitions on suse 6.3 or how do i get to use fdisk, instead of default  partitioning from yast.
