While trying to setup KDevelop's Documentation, KDE-Libraries-Doc suggests an update to these libraries but I cant find them anywere.
Does anybody have an idea where these packages are ?
I couldn't find them neither in my disks (SuSE 6.3) nor in www.kdevelop.org. It results in no documentation for C/C++and most of the KDE Libraries
What should be done?
I went to http://www.keywarrior.net/duesti/kde/kdevelop.en.html and downloaded the latest beta rpm's written for SuSE 6.2, kdevelop-1.1beta1.0-1.i586.rpm (Mirror) I then used KPackage to install it with the update and replace options toggled. It contains the ksgml2html, glimpse (which contains glimpseindex) and sgml2html packages. I still haven't figured out where KDE-Documentation is and what is supposed to go into it. But I did find out that it expects to see an smgl file at some location so I created a blank /home/jerry/jlk_first/jlk_first/docs/en/JLKDocs.SGML using kedit and pointed to it, selected the ksgml2html tool and I got a 'success' message in the bottom panel. JLKDocs.SGML contained: ####### kdevelop will overwrite this part!!! (begin)########## ####### kdevelop will overwrite this part!!! (end)############ and JLKDocs.nif and JLKDocs.SGML.nif both contained: <--A--> <--B-->

<--C-->

  <--BarTags1-->
<--BarTags2-->
o know you know what I know. Even at this beta stage, though, KDevelop is a great tool and is already a terrific addition to my tool kit. My long term project is to bring a VFP GUI RAD-like environment to KDE and Linux. KDevelop and xbase will be my building blocks.
