Can I do that via your UK office?, also will they do a swap for the CD
version of 6.3 rather than a refund?

Have you got a list of supported DVD drives in your hardware database?
(I am at work at the moment so can't browse the web)

No, they don't - at least ours doesn't. It seems, that not all drives /
BIOSes are able to read our DVD. In this case you can return it to our
sales department and get a refund.
