Hi I am trying to write to my windows partition on my second ide drive, hdb1 from linux, (SuSE 6.3). After mounting the drive to /dosd I try to copy a file to /dosd using KFM but I get the message 'Could not write to... perhaps access denied' This message is the same for a user and as root. I have tried as root to change the owner or group of /dosd but I can not do this I get a similiar message 'Could not change owner/group perhaps access denied' I have also tried changing the read/write access for others, no joy. Any ideas?
