Hi,

I bet you have a new (version 2.0) of LNE100TX. You need atleast
version 0.91g of tulip driver. Kernels prior to 2.2.14 included
an ancient verion of tulip.c which didn't work with these cards.
Either get the new driver or use 2.2.14.

I don't know about D-Link though.
