We know it has been answered before but what packages do we load from the 6.3 CD's to get GNOME running?
Everything from the `gnm' series in YaST that looks interesting. YaST will tell you if you've left out someting important.
And where do we put the 'gnome-session' command? In which file?
No idea. But `export WINDOWMANAGER=gnome; startx' works.
And then can we still start our KDE usin startx kwm?
Yep, that should work. If it doesn't, try `export WINDOWMANAGER=startkde; startx'. Ciao, Stefan Would you mind fixing your e-Mail prog?
