Hell yea. Ever see the SuSE Linux 5.3 distro packaging? That is some sweet
little plastic CD-ROM case their my freind. Nothing better packaged then
the 5.3, hands down, that is the good old days. 6.3 has the card board to,
it also gets fibers on the back of the CD-ROMs. The issuse that is casing
SuSE to move to cardboard I bet is that plastic for 6 CD-ROMs would be
really BULKLY and would drive up the price of packaging to the customer.
How are you going to make a 6 CD-ROM plastic case?

When I opened up SuSE Linux 6.3, I was expecting a nice plastic cd case, but
pull out this cardboard cut out and really got me thinking about it.

It doesn't really matter to me, either way, after I get the distro installed
and get all the good package installed the distro media goes up on my book
self, rarely touched with ever again.. unless I get the joy of doing another
install : )

Ever see the Solaris 7 disk set, it has about the same amount of disk, but
they put it in this plastic folder type CD case, it looks nice, but is real
bulking and flat, hard carry around all day. It is about the size of a
peice of printer paper. It is nice, but looks REALLY weird and can't really
put it in a cd tower with all the other Unix media/software.
