Well, not directly. You'ld need the texinfo source of the document(s), usually in the source package. Those may then be processed by TeX and dvi2ps. This gives you very nice documentation and is also the reason why the FSF prefers the texinfo format, because it allows to produce both online readable as well as printed documentation from the same source. Granted, nowadays IMHO this should be done in sgml, as that would allow an even broader range of document types to be produced.
