I am not sure what you mean by "graphical telnet".

A GUI "X11" based telnet cleint?

Personally they 3 I like/use the most are

Eterm (http://www.eterm.org)
RXVT (http://www.rxvt.org)
Kconsole (http://www.kde.org)

There should be a decent  amount on your distro so you don't have to
download them.
