[SLE] does anyone use multiple ISPs?

I currently use an ISP who provides me with a fixed IP address, and SMTP
connections
for incoming and outgoing mail.
I am exploring the possibility of using other ISPs. Typically, they use
POP for sending
me mail, and SMTP for receiving mail from me.
When changing from one ISP to another, I need to be able to switch my
smarthost, nameserver,
dynamic/fixed IP addressing, .... and back again, later on.
I see it is simple to tell wvdial to connect to different ISPs, but
can anyone recommend a way of switching all the other features
simultaneously?
Thanks
brian
