All(?) german manpages are coming with "lpdmande":

rpm -qf /usr/man/de
ldpmande-0.2-11

At least on SuSE Linux 6.3 this directory belongs to the package
ldpmande (s. above).  I'm not sure what will happen with the cached
preformatted manpages in /var/cache/man/de -- please, check whether
there are some pages lying around (but that's a wild guess by me).
