The line "Fw/etc/sendmail.cw" tells sendmail to take the contents of the
/etc/sendmail.cw file and place them in the "w" macro. The "w" macro is
used to hold the names of all the hosts that the server will accept mail
for. Before you referenced this file, sendmail did not have techlinks.com
listed, so it wasn't accepting mail for it.
