[SLE] bouncing Brunei ISP

Hi,
I am terribly sorry for all the bouncing. What happens was Brunet's only ISP BruNET is managed by the Brunei Government and at monopoly business. They do not give a big disk space for its email customers (only 1 MB) further more the ISP keep going down plus tremendous amount of congestion that they are not doing anything about. Hope you understand that if I don't check my mail daily it will exceed my quota and bounce back. It's been a difficult situation if customers send graphics or I am going outstation.... :)
