[SLE] Cannot open /proc/0237 for GC ?!

Hello Linux folks!
I posted this question once but still didn't get any answer on it.
I dounloaded and untared webmail ver. 0.6
When I executed
./webmail.sh >> stlog.out 2>&1 &
webmail didn't start and I got this messagi in stlog.out:
"Cannot open /proc/0237 for GC"
What does it mean?
Why webmail can't make nessesary changes in /proc?
