Why not supply both , just don,t export the restricted version. A ton of
the M$ stuff is also labeled "not for export"

Better yet wasent there a loop hole that the restriction would not hold for
?forienge" encryption stuff. wasn't there a bunch of russian encription
going around a while ago becouse of this. Something along the lines of if
it was not usbased technology you coul therefor export it.

Not to mention that you could just as easily take the hard copy of the
program (program listing) and export anywhwere , as restricting that
violated free speach , and only the bibary/exe version were resricted.

Funy , once you compile it you can not export it , write it out , and you
take it any where.
