        I am EXTREMELY disappointed with your SUSE.COM website. I have been supporting
you company for 4 years now from ver. april95 to 6.2. I am wondering now if it
is worth sending you my $35US 4 times a year x3 copies each time(personal,
business x2), I should be sending it to your main location in Germany, but the
shipping would kill me so I don't. I have been watching both the suse.de/en/
site and the suse.com site for 2 years (german site longer), the German page is
ALWAYS on track with the latest info about your FINE products, and now with a
more attractive site than ever, that is well thought out, easily navigated, and
informative. Is this just POOR communication or POOR management that hires
marketing flunkies or hopeless web designers in America? PLEASE for your own
sake and your corporations future make the public aware of a great product and
do it consistently.

PS: I can understand why the German site links the US flag to the
suse.com site, but you should link it the the suse.de/en site
because of the poor image you give changing from great pages to
garbage someone was paid to write.
