Hi there,

When I do

$ mount /cdrom

I get the following message

mount: /dev/hdc has wrong major or minor number

I get the same message when I try to mount /cdrw. I had SCSI emulation
compiled as a module (ncessary for burning CD-R's) but I recompiled the
kernel without that module. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
