Edit the file:
/home/anovo/.kde/share/config/kpanelrc

by deleting the appropriate entries in the line

Buttons=system,$$KDEAPPS/SuSE/allpopup/helppopup/suse_help.kdelnk,
$$KDEAPPS/SuSE/allpopup/systempopup/yast.kdelnk,$$KDEAPPS/KControl.kdelnk,...

You should be able to do it... I haven't tried though... I can right click!
