[SLE] Diamond Stealth III S540

Hi i have big problems with my new Diamond Stealh III 540 AGP card with
32 Mb and SuSE 6.2 kernel 2.2.10
The xserver not work and is impossible setup via sax an XF86Setup
I dont have xwindows :-((
I need the location for the sever of this ( $%&/()··" Ç? ) card ....
!!! very urg. :-))
