Actually, they responded rather quickly to my FAX'ed inquiry. I know it
should work with e-mail, too, but perhaps those fell in the cracks with
the recent acquisition of SO by Sun. What you should do is open up your
demo version of SO and make a FAX request for a license. Turnaround is
usually less than a day.
