I've got a system connected to a Road Runner cable modem.  It works fine
under Windows 98, without the Road Runner Manager (which, according to
the local Time Warner tech, is just a lot of smoke), but doesn't work
under linux.  Anyone have this problem?  /var/log/messages, says
dhclient keeps sending lease requests, but nothing responds.  I am using
a 10/100 PCI card from Linksys, which I had to compile because the tulip
driver did not support PCI.
