[SLE] How to enable access to the port?

Hello SuSE folks!
I've installed Roxen web server and imho IMAP mail module which came with the
6.2 distro.
When I tried to access IMHO default http://localhost:143 I got an error:
Sorry, access to the port given has been disabled for security reasons.
How I can enable this port to access my mailbox over IMHO?
