Wil,
You can telnet to a Win 9.X series machine. There is a telnetd for
WinNT, but just based on how little you can do at a dos prompt...I am
not sure I would mess with trying to make it work on Win 9.X. I would
also suggest VNC..
Sorry My friend, multi-user and remote admin of Windows was an after
thought by M$.
