Hi there,
as far as I know supports the free OSS-System AWE64 ISA, but not the
PCI-Version. My AWE64 PCI works fine with SuSE 6.2 only with
kernel-support. The only thing you have to know is the right
Ensoniq-chip that is used, compile the kernel with the matching modules
and then uncomment a few aliases in conf.modules.
A new AWE128 PCI is about 60 Marks in Germany, so you can call it
"peanuts" :-)
