Well as I don't use KDE but GNU WindowMaker, I had 6.2 working
with just what came on the CD's in less than 5 minutes after loading it up.

and my favorite mail client, Ishmail. (Ishmail not included but can be found
at http://www.ishmail.com)

As KDE is less than stable compared to WindowMaker, it is buyer beware. Not
a complete bash of "6.2" .
