[SLE] SUSE 6.2 problems

I just upgraded to SUSE 6.2 from SUSE 5.3, and so far I experienced
the following problems:

[1] The netscape present in the distribution (I acquired the 6 CD box)
did not run since
libstdc++.so.2.8 was not present. I could not find it anywhere in so
and finally took it from the redhat distribution and installed it to
make netscape work.

[2] I can't get xlock to work. It complains in the following way:
xlock: error in loading shared libraries: libMesaGL.so.3: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
but running ldconfig -v (and looking in the appropriate directory)
shows that that library is present!

[3] The program Rasmol that compiled and worked fine under SUSE 5.3, now
complains with the message 'segmentation fault"
In trying to rebuild it I get the message "sys/termio.h" not found.
There is a termio.h in /usr/include
but if I use that I get lots of error messages, mainly of the type
"invalid use of undefined type struct fd_set"
So were these files changed in the new SUSE distribution, and if so is
there a simple way to recompile Rasmol again?

[4] Why is the g++/include directory no longer automaticallly searched
for include files?
(Now I have to give the complete path, and even iostream.h (in
g++/include) can no longer find streambuf.h for instance, in that same
directory.
