Firstly, look here:

Secondly, your fix:

Go into YaST, select System Administration. Go into Change Configuration File (IIRC, it's the last option). Scroll through that, looking for an entry to allow root to login remotely. It's in there, trust me. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I'm not at home now. :(
