Great, some more kbytes saved on kernel size (i had always inserted it,
knowing it should work, but i did not know, what exactly this was for :) )

oh, and a general question on esd: I think it creates several devices like
/dev/dsp1 /dev/dsp2 etc... cant i just go ahead and say "reserve" one for
each app, and then edit the apps source and replace every mentioning of
/dev/dsp with /dev/dspX?
Or did i get something wrong here?
