Yes, I just got a utility from 3com that enabled me to identify the
card. It is a 3com 3c503/16 card. The software I used did not tell
me what IRQs I could use, but did give me "I/O Base 300" whatever that
means.

The module for my card was not listed on the list of modules available
on the bootdisk. When I tried to load additional modules from the
disk it said something like 'disk image not correct'. I was going to
look for a 3c50x.o - so can I start the installation using a copy of
the 3c50x.o module from my main machine on a floppy? Anyone know how
I would go about doing that? In order to get past this first stage of
installation (since I am doing a network install) I need to get this
card up and running almost immediately.
