If you follow the recommended upgrade path (as stated in the book), you
should not face any serious trouble. RPM will backup some configuration
files during the upgrade (root will receive E-Mails about these changes).
Just make sure, that you either rename them back to the original name or
incororate the changes in the new configuration files. I upgraded my 6.0
at home last weekend, and it worked flawlessly.
