Dear Mario,

SuSE are concentrating on 1. the German market 2. other European markets
3. the North American markets. They allocate resources accordingly. Star
Devision, the German makers of Star Office, are even much worse in their
practice of "benign neglect". They have no internet support. The "free"
introductory support number is always occupied. And they don't answer
correspondence.

Best regards,

Lucien
