I have been away from this list for a few days and really wonder what
happened. Sorry for contributing to this flamewar.

FWIW: On my home box I still have 2.2.4 from the latest beta. It works, so
I do not see any need to upgrade. And as it's a dogslow machine, I really
don't want to update ;)
