I'm not sure of the problem here, although there are a few basic
You mention VMWare in your subject, and DosEmu in your message. These are
completely different packages. Which one do you mean? Setting up a dos
disk in either environment is a rather common thing. I expect the dosemu
documentation in /usr/doc/packages/dosemu will cover this quite well. If
you prefor online resources, consider <A HREF="http://www.dosemu.org</A">http://www.dosemu.org</A>
As far as VMWare goes, I have no idea how it works. Consider looking
through their web/docs/etc.
Virtual networking is a much more tricky topic. You might need to do a
lot of fact gathering about what does and does not work for you to get
useful help. Again, the resources specific to the emulators are more
likely to have information.
As far as your configuration, I am quite suspicous of the 163 Mb of memory
you are using. 160MB might work in some boards (64+64+32), but I don't
see how one can reach 163MB as a valid amount. Be sure you're not mixing
memory types as this can cause system instability.
Best of luck,
