StartServers 5

is in your httpd.conf
this tells apache to start up 5 servers.

When you install just about any linux distro there are
just about always a service or server you do not need

Since I don't use Yast I can't be sure. But
Yast should be able to turn off httpd which is
started up at boot up. A kill -9 pid of httpd parent should
kill the server too.

you should have many gettys they handle the tty which
is your termial.

nfsiod I belive is from Network File System. If you don't mount another
hd from another computer on your network you proably don't need it.
