Then again, if the various media didn't "play ball" with Microsoft 
(and assorted other large corporations) they would lose lots of 
advertisement dollars as well as the occasional article, not to 
mention their reporters being ignored when asking questions at 
news conferences (a little something that the white house seems 
to have forgotten).

Never met a TRUELY defenseless animal, however I've eaten many 
that have been in good gravy!  :)
Then again, one of the more defenseless animals on the planet is 
that rather nasty, ill tempered, dirty one called human. Can't think 
of a single species that can't whip our butt for us if it weren't for that 
amazing tool that goes largely unused lately, the brain!
