If he is, he is a double idiot to pick such a title, or he's really
shrewd, having tongue in cheek. Look at his title - it's a paraphrasing
from Julius Caesar: "... I come to bury Caesar, not praise him...".
And what is in Antony's speach? Praise, disguised as blame. To such an
extent, that the Romans make rebellion against Caesar's slayers.
I don't know Michael Surkan or his sympathies, maybe he is not that
clever, and has made the allusion unwillingly.
But his arguments are thin, I think, and the Talkbacks that I've read
certainly repudiate his allegations.
