Is there any way to pick up and resume a download that was not
completed, and have it start up where it left off, rather than re-write
the file and start over?

I'm 79 0one downloading StarOffice 5.0, and I lost my connection.  I'd
hate to have to start this one over!  

I shudder to mention it, but Win95 (and even Win3.1) has always simply
started from the point of disconnection, and finished the download. 
This feature would be great in Linux.
