I'm assuming that you've checked to see that that shared library exists?
Also, check to make sure that that the permissions of the shared library
has both read and execute permissions set appropriately. Also there is a
"LD_LIBRARY_PATH" environment variable which is used to specify
directories that should be searched for shared libraries.
