[SuSE Linux] Soundcard Terratec Base 1 question

Hi,
Help needed for installation of the soundcard Base 1 from Terratec.
As a relative newbie on Linux it is difficult to find out! The card is:
plug-and -pray,
a SB16 pro clone
and a WindowsSoundSysytem.
b.t.w. on win95 good sounding
What is the best way to install it on Linux. Has someone experience with
this card?
