[SuSE Linux] Is the internet slower this week

He fellow internet users,
Is it me, or is the whole internet alot slower this week. I make use of
3 internet accounts and it seems like a crucial router has been down.
My friend using a cable modem saw the same thing happening. Is this only
in The Netherlands? Or did some of you folks have teh same problem?
