xanim should work, but to play .mov files you have to compile
it yourself and link the Radius codec with it.

Otherwise you would only have a good player for .fli .mpeg, ...

You find xanim and the codecs for .mov and .avi at

don't know it now if the codecs are on the SuSE-cd's
