These don't necessarily mean that's there's a problem as I get the same
sort of messages regarding both my SMC EtherPower II card as well as the
built-in SiS video chipset on my ASUS motherboard. I noticed after
upgrading my kernel from 2.0.33 to 2.0.35, that the SMC card is now
recognized and so I don't see an "undefined pci device" message anymore.
There is a reference to the pci.h file because the comment block in that
files tells you where you can email these values so the vendor ID's and
other information can eventually be added to the pci.h file.
