[SuSE Linux] hisax.o 3.0 don´t work well??

Hi :-)
I put the new hisax 3.0 patch in my 2.0.35 kernel and "see" my ELSA QS 1000
PCI well.
But not connect to Internet, say:
local handup.
If i rename my vmlinuz file to the old 2.0.33 kernel vmlinux, execute lilo
and reboot my system. I CONNECT TO INTERNET WELL!! 8-|
Now i'm using the 2.0.33 kernel because with the 3.0.35 i can't connect (it
init the ELSA card well).
How i can to do to connect to Internet.
P.D.: I download the i4l utils in...
