[SuSE Linux] Sendmail problem

Greetings,

I have setup a home network and have a firewall/gateway system setup on
a SuSE 5.2 system. I also have another SuSE client system behind the
firewall and I'm trying to get sendmail working on both systems. I have
sendmail working between the gateway and Linux client box. The problem
I'm seeing is if there is email that is local to my network, the gateway
system is still using my ISP's mailserver rather than simply making a
connection to my Linux client directly. Is there any tweaking that can
be done to the sendmail.cf file to make sendmail on my gateway system
directly send email to my Linux client box?

The change I made to sendmail.cf on my gateway system is to use my ISP's
SMTP server as a "smart" relay. This works fine for sending email to the
outside world but I need to have the gateway not use my ISP's mailserver
when sending email back to my client behind the firewall. This can
happen if for some reason the the mail daemon needs to return the
message because it undeliverable for some reason.

TIA,

Tony
