Well, that's a problem inherent in _any_ certification system (licensing engineers, lawyers, physicians, nurses,
accountants, hearing aid specialists; granting college degrees (the granting institution makes a diff whether rightly
or wrongly or for good or for ill); issuing drivers' licenses. The prob is not particular to whatever Caldera might do;
though, we can hope and expect that a dose of publicity and public information may assist the public to reach a
better understanding of what a certificate or registration may mean.
