I am using one of the SCSI kernel images that came with Suse Linux 5.2.  
Is PPP compiled into those kernel images?  

Also, when I try to compile a new kernel and I say yes to SCSI support, 
I don't see the driver for the diamond fireport 40 (NCR83XX, or 
something like that).  It gave me the option for other ones, but not the 
one I need.  I am using kernel 2.0.33 and wanted to make a 2.0.35 
kernel.  Am I missing something here?
