I think this is a bug. I seem to recall seeing reports of a problem with
this before, and I _believe_ ( my memory could be incorrect) that Mandrake
said it was something that would be fixed soon. It might be with the
snapshot following the official, I dunno, you'd have to check.
So instead of relying on $EROOT in .profile, put your FULL path in
in $HOME/.enlightement/usr_main.cfg and it should work just fine, and all
the menu programs will work. You can find all the path pointers for
this stuff under the
'action classes' section. If you come up with a more eloquent solution
please post as such.
As an aside, you might also want to modify some of the programs stored
there in case they represent things you don't have installed while you're
at it. ( For instance for 'mail' I think it wanted to call Balsa and I
changed it to Postilion, etc). Have lots of fun.
