BTW,
xanim kicks maximum booty for the .avi, .fli, and .mov formats, but you
MUST compile xanim with the cvid and iv32 modules available from the
xanim homepage.  Xanim also requires that you edit the Makefile because
the default Makefile is set up for Solaris.  Xanim does not do as well
with mpeg as mpegtv does, but for the other formats it rocks, you just
need to be smarter than the makefile ;)
